Digital products

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refunds may be issued within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.

Refunds may also be issued for digital products in cases where major defects exist, all of our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.

Cancellation

Refunds may be issued upon cancellation of annual subscriptions. The months from the beginning of your current subscription period, upto and including your cancellation month, will be calculated using the monthly subscription price. Any amount remaining may be refunded to you. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to AllocationTools.com through the remainder of your cancellation month.
